At Jagan Kiran & Associates, he focuses on helping MSMEs scale their businesses by developing strong internal control systems, improving financial discipline, and building IPO-ready processes that support sustainable growth and investor confidence. His experience also includes advisory support relating to MSME schemes and subsidy-related matters, enabling businesses to better navigate growth opportunities and compliance frameworks.

His experience also includes exposure to Ind AS implementation and internal control evaluation.
